Hello, my name is Kayla, and my passion is telling meaningful stories and capturing priceless moments. I have worked as a producer, video editor, and production assistant for AppTV during my time at Appalachian State University. I worked as a producer on the show Connected Cultures which has won both a SOLA award and a GoAbroad Innovation award for the content we produced. AppTV has given me the chance to gain hands-on experience both in studio on out in the field. Working for this station has allowed me to capture amazing moments between interviewees and show recordings. I want to continue to grow in my field and create content that tells a story and moves people.
